Return & Refund Policy
Overview
To begin initiating a return, within 7 calendar days of delivery, please return your item to our delivery boy and reach out to our customer support team at +91 6033517976 to confirm the return.
- Return the new, unopened items to us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Simply contact our support team if you have any questions regarding your return.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
- Rs 100 will be deducted from your total amount as shipping charge.
- Please be careful when placing your order (correct size, color, etc.) to avoid unnecessary returns/exchanges.
- Due to the custom-made nature of some of our handmade products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for handmade items.
- We cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated process.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please send your item to our address and contact us at support@bagshaven.com for confirmation.
Refunds will be provided directly to your bank account. Please share:
- Bank name
- Account number
- IFSC code or Branch name
- Alternatively: Google Pay or PhonePe number
Important Notes
- Items must be in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging.
- Items not eligible for refund will be discarded or sent back at your own expense.
- Items purchased with gift cards or store credit are not eligible for return/refund.
- Shipping charges and government taxes are non-refundable.
- Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items within 60 minutes of placing the order.
If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at support@bagshaven.com. We process orders quickly, so cancellations are time-sensitive.
