How can I find a Bagshaven product that I am looking for?
Simply enter the style name, product ID, or keyword in the search box at the top of the page. Don’t have a specific item in mind? Use our navigation menu to browse categories such as Handbags, Backpacks, Wallets, and Accessories. You can also use filters to refine your search by color, size, and price range.
What is our Return Policy?
We guarantee to refund unworn and unused products with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact within 15 days of purchase. In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. For COD orders, refunds will be transferred directly to your bank account.
For hygiene reasons, personal accessories like cosmetics pouches and makeup organizers cannot be refunded or exchanged. Products purchased online cannot be returned at Bagshaven physical stores.
Items bought from other retail partners should be returned to that store and are subject to their respective return policies.
How can I return my order?
Returning your order is easy and free. Simply log in to your Bagshaven account and generate a return request from the “My Orders” section. Alternatively, you can email us or call our Customer Support Team to arrange a pickup. We’ll collect the product free of cost and process your refund.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive SMS and email updates at every step of your order’s journey. You can also track it by logging in to your account under “My Orders” or by entering your order number or AWB in the “Track Your Order” section on our website.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 6 business days from the date of purchase (1–2 business days for handling and up to 4 business days for transit). We’ll also send you timely SMS and email notifications about your order status.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after the returned product is received and verified. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it might take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

No, all online returns are completely free.
How can I get a copy of my receipts?
A copy of your order invoice is included with your package. If you’ve misplaced it, simply log in to your Bagshaven account, go to “My Orders,” select your order, and click on “Download Invoice.” Alternatively, you can request a copy via email at support@bagshaven.com.
